Our driver will call you 20 minutes before delivery or collection, if you don't respond he will drive to your address and wait 20 minutes. If it is not possible to deliver and/or return the boxes as well as to collect and/or return the personal effects stored or to be stored due to poor coordination on the part of the customer, an additional transport charge will be payable depending on the type of service chosen.
You can then arrange a new delivery and/or return from your customer account.
