Can I access where my boxes are stored?BoxitNo. For security reasons, the customer is not allowed access to our storage facilities under any circumstances. But if you need one of your boxes or items without any problems just log in to your account on our website and order delivery.
Can I rent your moving boxes for a longer period of time?BoxitAbsolutely! If you need an extra week to fill, move and unpack the boxes, can extend the rental period. Please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone contact that appears on the main page.
Can I buy your boxes?BoxitYes, you can do so through your customer account. You will see an option to buy the amount of boxes you want for only 28.90 € the unit.
Can I return the boxes earlier if I no longer need them?BoxitWe will do our best to make your move as convenient as possible. When you have finished unpacking the boxes earlier than expected and you want to schedule an early return date, you can do so by sending an e-mail: email@example.com. We will do our best to collect the boxes ahead of schedule.
Can I order more boxes if I need them during my move?BoxitOf course! Boxit can always deliver additional boxes to your address. Simply place a new order through your account and we will deliver as many as you need.
Can I pick up the boxes at your storage facility?BoxitUnfortunately, you cannot collect the boxes from our storage facilities. In order to guarantee the security of our facilities we deliver and return to you.
Can I use my own boxes?BoxitOur boxes are developed to a high quality standard. For optimal storage our boxes are provided with a secure locking system and are resistant to environmental influences ( humidity, corrosion, degradation, etc...).If you still wish to use your own box ( cardboard maximum size 42 x 34 x 27 cm) simply ask for "my boxes" on the home page.
What fits in a box?BoxitOur boxes measure 60cm x 40cm x 37cm. (67L) and therefore, are larger than the normal cardboard box. In addition, are more resistant when it comes to storing your valuable goods. The images on our website give you a clear idea of how many items fit in a box. This way you can get an idea of the number of boxes you will need for your stuff.

What are your opening hours??BoxitOur customer service hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00. All requests by e-mail of Sunday will be answered on Monday.
What happens when I need more / less boxes?BoxitIf you have ordered too many boxes and you do not need to store them, we collect it empty boxes and you will not be charged for those you have not used.
What happens when my boxes are not delivered on time?BoxitWe want to offer the best service there is. Therefore, we guarantee to deliver the boxes in the date and time agreed. If we fail to comply with this promise, is due to greater forces beyond our control.
What if I need to store something too big for the box?BoxitNo problem! We also store larger items in storage. Select in your order one or more items of maximum size to be stored 120 x 80 x 40 cm and a maximum of 25 kg. If it is larger than the stipulated amount, you can request a quotation through our formulario online.
What happens if I am not in the delivery?BoxitOur driver will call you 20 minutes before delivery or collection, if you don't respond he will drive to your address and wait 20 minutos. What can I store?BoxitIt can store almost anything that fits in the box., as long as the lid closes properly. We can also store all your bulky items such as bicycles, skis, suitcases, etc. We accept bulky items of less than 25 kg as long as one person can carry them. Do you still have any questions? What happens when I order more boxes than I need?BoxitThat's not a problem. To be on the safe side, you can order more boxes than you plan to use. You only pay for the boxes and/or items that enter one of our warehouses. When we collect everything, we will also take the ones you have not used.
How quickly can Boxit deliver and/or collect my items?BoxitIn 24 hours. Normally deliveries or collections are subject to an advance notice system once your request has been confirmed. We will try to meet the deadline agreed upon and provided by any impediment due to force majeure, can not be met.
